Soil is the Soul of the Lawn
Decades of synthetic fertilizers, pesticides and compaction have all but made
South Carolina lawns sterile!

Humus is
degraded organic material in soil, which causes some soil layers to be dark
brown or black. In soil science,
humus refers to any organic matter that has reached a point of stability,
where it will break down no further and, if conditions do not change, remain
essentially, as it is for centuries, if not millennia.
Humus has a characteristic black or dark brown color, which is due to an
abundance of organic carbon.
Chemically stable humus is the layer of fertile soil grasses need to flourish.

The ideal lawn will have a humus layer up to 10 inches deep.
Most South Carolina lawns have a layer of only about ¾ inch.
Humus transmutes sterile dirt
into fertile soil. Derived from
organic matter of all kinds, humus is the life support system of soil. The
presence of humus among mineral particles and air spaces enables soil to nurture
plants two ways. Humus creates a loose structure that simultaneously holds
moisture and drains well. Humus also creates an environment that supports living
organisms that convert soil nutrients into a form plant roots can use, building
soil fertility. In short, humus brings soil to life.
Years of applications of synthetic fertilizers and pesticides have made your
soil biologically sterile.
The number and activity of microorganisms in the soil is depleted.
High salt fertilizations programs reduce humus count to less than 2%.
Synthetic fertilizers and pesticides make your lawn green but they also
turn your lawn into “a junky” that always need more.
A green lawn is not necessarily a healthy lawn.
·
Humus can hold the equivalent of 80–90% of its weight in moisture, and therefore
increases the soil's capacity to withstand drought conditions.
Carbon compounds make up 50% of humus itself. The carbon compounds contained in
the humus are used by microorganisms through the process of fermentation and
respiration, converting it into high-energy values used by the plant for growth.
Other portions of the carbon may be spent, or used in the oxidation of mineral
compounds into simpler and more available forms of energies. Humus as a
concentrate of carbon and energy compounds, aids bacteria to survive excessive
moisture, cold or dry conditions. Humus enables bacteria to carry out antibiotic
effects in the soil, as well as aiding bacteria interrelations with plant roots.
Humus absorbs the highly active non-nutrient hydrogen sources present in the
soil and makes them immediately available as a food source for assimilation and
usage by the plant. The humus colloid, or particle, will absorb and hold three
times more mineral cations, water, and carbon compounds in the soil that are in
a readily usable form for the plant to utilize. The humus colloids also protect
(buffer) the microbial and plant systems against excessive sodium, magnesium,
potassium, as well as other positive charged minerals, as the humus colloid
carries a negative charged ion. The humus colloid also acts to buffer and
enhance the four basic anions: carbon, nitrogen, phosphorous and sulfur, in
their system of nutritional service to the soil and plants. When carbon,
nitrogen, phosphorus and sulfur are associated with humus, they become nutrients
for both soil microbe activity as well as plant growth.
In nature, humus is constantly introduced into soil as plant debris, dead
animals, and other organic matter that decomposes on the ground. Through the
alchemy of bacteria, fungi, and other resident micro-life activity, this organic
material is reduced by degrees to the soft, spongy essence, called humus. It
permeates the top few inches of the soil through rains and the good offices of
earthworms and other macro-organisms, where it continually revitalizes the soil
around plant roots. This natural cycle is repeated over the seasons out in the
wild, sustaining the great forests and other natural areas. Where there is lots
of vegetation to decay and enrich the soil, such as in woodland areas, the soil
is rich in humus and very fertile. Where there is little or no vegetation to
provide the organic debris, such as at the seashore or in the desert, the soil
has little or no humus and is lean, infertile.
How we can transform your soil to healthy Humus
All of our liquid lawn products are supplemented with a natural nutrient package
containing vitamins B-1, B-12, gibberellins, indoles, auxins as well as trace
(boron, iron, zinc, cobalt, copper, manganese, molybdenum, sulfur) elements.
Added natural plant growth hormone such as Gibberellic Acid help all
growth phases of plants, including sprouting of seeds, and makes
sure that the specific microbes necessary for thatch decomposition and humus.
All our raw materials used in our liquid fertilizers are classified as food
grade materials and are completely biodegradable.

Compacted soils cause unhealthy plants, lawns and trees.
They stay soggy when wet, and turn rock hard when they dry out in the summer.
When soils are "tight", necessary air, water and nutrients can not move through
the soil. Disease occurs. Roots are stunted. Beneficial micro-organisms can't
survive. Plants are stressed and weakened. When you are doing everything else
right, soil compaction will ruin all your efforts.
AERIFY!
is a soil reentrant that breaks apart tightly bonded soil particles. This
creates "space" in the soil, allowing roots, water and oxygen to permeate. Once
you get oxygen into a soil, beneficial microbes will be able to survive. These
microbes are needed to turn old roots and organic matter into all-important
humus. Once you have humus, you'll have much better soil quality and structure.
Aerify! Relieves compaction, helps create humus, and brings
about the aerated, living soil that all gardeners love to have.
Dethatch your lawn
Biological Dethatcher
is a liquid solution that has been formulated to generate and accelerate the
decomposition of thatch in lawns. To fuel this process, our product contains
high levels of thatch digesting Bacteria and Enzymes. These, along with
naturally occurring soil organisms, will break down thatch and turn it into
valuable humus. Unless your
humus layer is more than 6” thick, lawn clippings, leaves, and other organic
substances should not be removed.
Use a mulching mower blade to a make the clippings smaller for faster conversion
to humus.
Our Company no longer mechanically dethatches lawns.
The humus depth in most South Carolina lawns is so sparse, all available
organic matter must be utilized for humus production.
We feed your lawn with Bio-Enhanced Liquid Fertilizer
All of our liquid fertilizers are supplemented with a natural nutrient package
derived from Seaweed, Humic Acids, and Molasses. What this means to you is that
you are getting a soil improving fertilizer with added vitamins,
bio-stimulants, and trace elements. Each product contains vitamins B-1, B-12,
gibberellins, indoles, auxins as well as trace elements of boron, iron, zinc,
cobalt, copper, manganese, molybdenum and sulfur.
The nutrients in the liquid fertilizers are chelated, meaning they are
instantly available to the plant. Our NPK sources are salt and chlorine free,
which means safe for the plant and soil. In fact, all our raw materials used in
our liquid fertilizers are classed as food grade materials.
One gallon of our Humic Acid is equivalent to 7 tons of manure in terms of soil
bioactivation.
This Fertilizer is 16-4-8

I'm HAPPY with the results! Here is the satellite image of my house I
found by the Google map search. You can't find more greener in NE Ohio
in the early spring (2006) than this, can you? I started using your
products (Aerify and Soil Activator) in 2005. Very impressed with the
outcome.

I'm on very dense clay soil in the Charlotte NC area and have a Tall Fescue
lawn. The irrigation system has been turned off since August (due to our
drought). The only watering it gets is what little Mother Nature has provided.
Two weeks ago, in early January, my lawn still needed a mowing. It's full, green
and hasn't gone dormant at all even with nighttime temperatures in the 20s. My
worms are happy andspreading to clay areas where worms are usually not found.
It's currently a medium dark green and still growing (slowly). Jim V.
I've been all-organic nearly 7 years now (new house with little top soil; some clay with compaction) and have been a user of Aerify for over 2 years now. The results I see are amazing! Our 1st year in the house I couldn't get a pitchfork or shovel into the soil; 2 years of using Aerify and the pitchfork penetrates the soil nearly 8 inches.
Earthworms (nature's aerators) are in abundance and the lawn and soil are getting healthier...thanks to Nature's Lawn! It's great to see a product live-up to its hype.
Much thanks,
Marty
Our home is only 2 1/2 years old and much of the topsoil that originally covered
the yard was removed during construction. The subsoil here is heavy clay. After
putting on some topsoil we sodded the yard. The next spring was fairly dry and
the ground under the sod was so hard in most places in the backyard that I could
stand (215 lbs) on a garden fork and the tines would not penetrate the soil more
than an inch below the grass. When we did get rain, water would pool in the low
areas and take hours to soak in. Without rain or watering, the grass showed
stress very quickly.
Aerify, Nature's Magic and Bio Enhanced liquid fertilizer had our lawn showing
significant improvement within 2 months. It was dry here again last summer and
we had had to water at least once a week, but our neighbors were watering
several times per week and their lawns still looked stressed. When we did get
several heavy downpours, the water no longer pooled in the low spots and was
absorbed much more quickly into the ground.
When I had a lawn care expert (graduate of Penn State with many years
experience) come over to evaluate the lawn, his first question was "What are you
doing to keep your lawn looking so good?" He said it was obvious by comparing
our yard to the others in the area that whatever I was doing was working in this
difficult clay soil. My wife and our neighbors noted that our yard always had
more robins looking for worms. The builder that lives behind us and several
other homeowners in the development (a golf course community) have asked what
I'm doing to keep the lawn looking so good. I have only good things to say thus
far and I would agree that the results described in the website are accurate."

I am an owner of a lawn care business in Nashville, TN. I have seen remarkable
improvements using Aerify. With every planting or seeding that I perform for
clients I always pre-feed the area with Aerify and Nature's Magic, then also use
a second topical application a week later and water it in. There is nothing that
works like it, nothing that is close for that matter. I have seen the results
and know the potential this product has in the marketplace.
